A gallery in red and saffron

A gallery in red and saffron
Dieu M'aidera is a spits transformed into a single, gallery-like interior that runs the full length of the ship. Polished concrete underfoot, clerestory glazing and a soft rhythm of wall lights frame the white hold as a canvas, with a procession of portholes along both flanks. Calm, luminous and unmistakably confident.
Two bold gestures
Against that restraint, two bold gestures define the home. The kitchen is a monolithic block in high-gloss red lacquer, impossible to miss and perfectly at ease in the white space. The bathrooms are wrapped in saffron yellow: one with a rain shower, one with a freestanding clawfoot bath beneath a porthole.
An oak staircase that ties it together
A sculpted oak staircase connects the levels and brings natural warmth to the composition. For those who treat colour as a statement rather than a detail, Dieu M'aidera shows how far a confident palette can go when everything around it is kept simple.
