Woodies is located in the monumental NDSM shipyard, which was established in 1915 and was already considered a highly successful and innovative shipyard at that time. Woodies strives to preserve the history of shipbuilding within the city of Amsterdam by maintaining it as a manufacturing site.
During the renovation, the customer is often present to ensure their preferences and vision are incorporated as seamlessly as possible into the finishing touches. The ferry ride from Amsterdam Central to NDSM takes only 10 minutes, making it easy and effortless for the customer to follow the entire construction process.
